I like this drill for girls with bad posture. This drill is also done while looking in a mirror.

This drill will help with girls that take their arm over their heads. You would focus on the arm going out from the body as an exaggeration of the arm circle. This means as the arm starts its upswing at the point it passes the head. If not done properly this kills your speed and your arm will look like a figure 8 and not a circle. You see girls that do this and it creates a hitch in the arm circle!
My advise is to perform this drill at a 45 degree open stance and do it in a mirror without a ball. Then do it from about 15 feet away with a ball for a few weeks and pray the problem goes away!
